PAW - Pet Adventures Worldwide may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice, by updating this page. Please check this page periodically for changes since your continued use of this website following the posting of changes to indicate your acceptance of those changes. These terms were last updated on May 1, 2018.

  • Retail Accounts. A “Retail Account” is for purchase of product for sale directly to end-consumers. Use of your “Retail Account” to purchase and sell product for subsequent resale is prohibited without express prior authorization from PAW - Pet Adventures Worldwide. Please contact our National Sales Manager, Aron Cremeans at 513.874.5383 x124 if you have questions regarding your “Retail Account” status.
  • Minimum Order. For dealer/retail accounts, no minimum order quantity or total dollar value is required. Distributors must order in case quantities.
  • Returns. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please call Rachel Sandlin at 513.874.5383 x110 or send us an email at orders@paw.us.com to request a return and/or receive a credit on your account.
  • Price Lists. Current Dealer and Distributor price lists for each of our brands are available upon request. Pricing, product design and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • Agreement: Placement of your order indicates that you and your company agree to all terms and conditions. Order forms and purchases orders can be emailed to orders@paw.us.com or faxed to 513.874.7269.
  • Payment: Unless terms have been negotiated, all dealer/retail account orders will be processed and the credit card on file will be charged before shipping. All credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express when processed at the time of shipment.
  • Payment Terms: Terms are available with an approved credit application. To request an application, please contact Amber Hellman at amberh@paw.us.com or call 513.874.5383 x110. If approved, payments must be made within 30 days from ship date. Any dealer/retail accounts past 30 days will lose net terms.
  • Shipping: All orders ship from our warehouse in West Chester, Ohio just north of Cincinnati. All dealer/retail account orders ship for $7.99.
  • Drop Ship: To inquire about becoming a drop shipper, please contact Aron Cremeans at aronc@paw.us.com.
  • Termination: You or we may suspend or terminate your dealer/retail or distributor account or your use of the PAW - Pet Adventures Worldwide retailer website at any time for any reason.

Advertising & MAP Policy

PAW has always provided Manufacturer Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) for all of our products from every brand. Our MAP Price is 15% less than the MSRP.

If your retail strategy depends on heavy discounts, then a retail partnership with PAW is not a good fit. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to discontinue doing business with any retailer offering any PAW product in a manner that violates our MAP Policy.

Use of Any of PAW Brand Images:

  • Images of products and/or other images found on the PAW - Pet Adventures Worldwide website may not be used by our retail partners without authorization to do so.
  • Images of products and/or other images found on the PAW Filecamp may not be used without authorization.
  • Once you are granted access into the PAW Filecamp, you are an authorized user of the images provided for download.
  • To request access to PAW Filecamp, please email aronc@paw.us.com.
  • PAW reserves the right to rescind image use authorization at any time.

Discontinued Products & Their Images

  • Photos of discontinued products may not be used at any time. Failure to comply with these terms will result a suspension of your retail account.
  • All current product offerings from our variety of brands, can be viewed online right over here.
  • If products are not listed within the current catalogs, price lists and order forms, they are considered discontinued and their images may not be used after your current inventory of those items has been depleted.
